Taking these soft idlis made out of freshhomemade batter smeared with idli molaga podi to a colleague who droll-ed over the idlis I took for diwali potluck.
She kept praising me all through the day whenever we passed each other and who doesn’t enjoy the praise? I was basking in the glory of her praise.
I took it in an Indian dabba as an additional touch 🙂
P.S: I didn’t eat it (watching on my carbs intake) and made batter with a new tip I learned recently. Grind urad dal and rice with ice cubes instead of water. Try it out ladies!
