Have been working back to back since 6:30am today so I will retire after sharing my accomplishment of the day 🙂 I think this deserves a post for the effort it took for me to reach this state!
Gone are the days of hard rotis, it took few months to figure out the right consistency of dough to make the roti puff like this 😇
